The Historic Masbury Station Signal Box, originally built in 1874 has now been sympathetically restored and converted to create an idyllic, remote getaway. Outside there is a lovely private patio with table and chairs to the rear and parking for 1 car at the front.

Tucked away in the very heart of the picturesque city of Wells, just moments from the High Street, Cathedral & Bishop's Palace. The Hidey Hole is a charming one bedroom cottage, accessed via a pretty central courtyard. Having recently been refurbished, this stylish cottage offers an eclectic mix, combining modern convenience, character features and quirky, yet sumptuous, décor. This hidden gem is ideally placed to enjoy all that Wells has to offer and makes the perfect place to relax & unwind.

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

Set in the Innox Hill area above Frome, the house is an 8-minute walk along the riverbank to the town centre. The large split-level guest annexe (56m2 or 600 sq ft) has 2 double bedrooms and sitting room with dining/work table, bathroom. The kitchen is downstairs. The annexe has its own entrance and terrace with table and chairs. You walk into the nearest fields in 5 minutes. The house is up a hill and it is nearly 100 years old, so in stormy weather, you will hear the wind in the trees!

The Sewing Room Frome - Hosts Lisa and Jeremy

The house that Jeremy built.... and Lisa filled with sewing stuff! Designed and built by Jeremy as a wood workshop which was swiftly outgrown so it was remodelled as our home office with mezzanine floor, large ground floor window, insulation and heating. A second remodel took place summer 2022 to add a bathroom for guests to visit in this self contained versatile space with two double beds is suitable for a couple, 2 adults or family of 4 (older children). read on for more information-

With lots to do within walking distance including a national trust property, two pubs and a cafe in the village, we are also very close to famous and much visited towns and city’s such as Bradford on Avon (2.6 miles) and Bath (10 miles) if you fancy a day out. A great base for cycling/ walking/ exploring Wiltshire.
