The entire 1LDK room on the 1st and 2nd floors will be reserved for you. *The entrance is only on the 1st floor. How do I check-in? A. After registering your information in the URL on the guest information form, we will provide you with a key box passcode and a code that you will need when you check in. On the day of check-in, you will need to enter the room by yourself. After entering the room, you need to complete a simple check-in process (all guests will be identified by video) using the check-in tablets installed in the room. Q. How can I use the parking lot? A.Parking is free of charge, but please inform us when you make reservation. Q.What are the check-in and check-out times? A. Check-in time is from 3 pm. and check-out time is ~11 am. Q. Do I need to contact you if check-in will be after 3 pm.? A. Our guest house is self check-in, so there is no need to contact us if your check-in time is after 3 pm. Pets are not allowed to stay at the guest house. Q. Is smoking allowed? A. Smoking is not permitted in our accommodations. Is there any staff at the guest house? A. There is no front desk no staff members living in the facility. You will check in yourself. Q. Is there a supermarket or convenience store nearby? A. Yes, there is a supermarket called Daiichi Nijo-dori within a 3-minute walk from our accommodation. There is a Lawson convenience store a 5-minute walk away. Q. Is it possible to check in early or check out late? A.Please contact us by message at least one day in advance. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you on the same day. We may charge an additional fee for large time adjustments. Q. Can I leave my luggage at your place? A.Please contact us at least one day in advance. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you on the day of your arrival. Q. Is it possible to receive a parcel? A. No. Our facility is unmanned, so there is no staff available to receive packages. If you wish to have a package delivered, please set up a time when you can receive it yourself. We do not have a delivery box available, so please make arrangements with the delivery company to have your parcels left in the windbreak room. Please note that the windbreak room is not locked, so we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. Q. Can you provide futon? A. Fuyumori D is a newly renovated apartment in downtown Furano, suitable for couples or small groups of up to 3 guests. Guests who prefer fresh towels every day are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer provided in the apartment. Convenient location A supermarket is approximately 5 minutes away on foot, making it easy to buy groceries, drinks, and everyday essentials. The apartment also provides convenient access to restaurants, cafés, shops, and central Furano.
