Phenomenal Stay In Phillip

The apartment is spacious with a unique industrial style fit out which features exposed brick, 3.4m high concrete ceilings and exposed pipework. The home includes engineered timber floorboards throughout which adds to the industrial feel. Double sliding doors opens up to a covered balcony with views that look towards the Brindabella's. Originally built in the mid 1960's and used as Government Offices, in 2020, they underwent a rebirth into these stunning warehouse style residential apartments.

A self check-in with secure entry, into a bright, clean, self contained studio apartment. Walking distance from Kingston food hub and the Fyshwick fresh food market, 5 minutes drive to Manuka and parliamentary triangle. Coin-operated laundry in the complex.
