From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. Mi casa se encuentra en el elegante distrito de Chamberí (MadridCentral), con conexión directa por Metro al aeropuerto, los lugares de interés en Madrid (Palacio Real, Museo del Prado, IFEMA, Gran Vía...) y las estaciones de alta velocidad ferroviaria. Es mi propio hogar, donde yo mismo resido habitualmente. Tiene un salón de 35m2, un balcón de 12 m de largo, cocina, baño y dormitorio. Es muy soleada, tiene preciosas vistas sobre un palacio y sus jardines, y ningún escalón desde el exterior.

Queremos ofrecer un lugar donde el huésped pueda sentirse a gusto para trabajar en remoto y poder disfrutar de nuestros barrios al cerrar su portátil, sin preocuparse por nada más. Nos esforzamos para que el apartamento sea confortable, cálido y cómodo para tu estancia.

Precioso dúplex luminoso y cómodo. En una planta se encuentra el salón con sofá cama, smart TV, cocina integrada totalmente equipada y baño con enorme ducha de pared a pared y radiador para secar las toallas. En la otra planta se encuentra el amplio dormitorio con enormes armarios y zona de lectura con cómodo sofá y lámpara, así como zona de lavadora con tendedero interior y equipo de planchado. El piso cuenta con aire acondicionado frío/calor e internet de alta velocidad.

Pasea por el barrio castizo de Chamberí, vete de compras a la famosa Calle Fuencarral y camina hasta el centro dando un bonito paseo. Tiene ascensor.
