You will reach the island via a graceful footbridge. On a small island there is an exquisite house that can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The total living area of the house is 26m2. In the house you can relax not only during the warm season - the house is heated by radiators, and there is also a floor heating function. Kitchen is accessible from the living room. Bathroom has a WC and a bathtub with an overhead shower. Located on a 5th floor(no elevator). Nearby plenty of grocery stores, a forest area with a lake is a short walk away. Excellent public transport lines to the center. Car parking in the area is free.

On the other side of the building is the Daugava Stadium, a home for cultural and sports events of national importance. Free parking is available next to your doors.

Bolt carsharing is available just a 5-minute walk away at the neighborhood entrance, and food or groceries can be ordered via couriers. A lake and river are nearby; in winter the frozen river is perfect for scenic walks. The home offers floor heating, remote-controlled heating, a private electric sauna, and an optional hot tub (extra cost). Sleeps up to 4 (2+2). Pet friendly.
