This beautiful, bijou annexe is self contained, with private entrance and off road parking, in a quiet, residential cul de sac. Finished to a very high standard throughout with double bed, sofa, smart TV, shower room, and kitchen with workspace. 30 minute walk into Regency Cheltenham.

The Tallet, Self-Contained Country Annex

The Tallet is perfect for couples, nestled away within the quiet village of Ampney Crucis on the outskirts of Cirencester, a busy little market town at the heart of the Cotswolds. The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

Studio Flat - on Cotswold Way

Quiet garden flat above double garage with its own entrance. En-suite shower. TV, WiFi, larder fridge, microwave, double bed in small village with good public transport connections. Village on the Cotswold Way trail, 2.5 miles to J13 of the M5 motorway. Outside space includes bench seat, bistro set, parasol and wood burner. Use of the Summerhouse - 2nd key on key ring. Parking is to the front of the property, if this is limited then there is a free car park in the village 300m away.

Painswick is Paradise Guest Suite

Ideal to - walk the Cotswold Way, Laurie Lee trail in Slad Valley and many circular walks with pubs en route. Visit Cheltenham races, the popular Stroud Farmers Market and Five Valleys shopping centre. Discover the picturesque canal and cycle trail. Enjoy a pint in the Woolpack at Slad, an ice cream on Minchinhampton Common. Visit - Forest of Dean, Bourton-on-the-Water, Cotswold Water Park, Brecon Beacons. This rural retreat is a walkers paradise, dog friendly with close access into the woods behind and near to the Laurie Lee way in the Slad Valley. Stroud, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester are a short drive away. An idyllic quiet get away.

Lounge area has large comfy sofa and TV. Views into a large garden with own seating on the decking. Comfy bed, own bathroom with shower. Off road free parking.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

It’s the perfect spot to enjoy nature and tranquillity, Ideally located to explore all the attractions that the Forest and Wye valley have to offer. Wether it be mountain biking, canoeing, hiking or just a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle, the Retreat provides it all.

Our first floor flat offers twin bedded room with shower room, kitchen, Internet, TV and underfloor heating. Sunny aspect with windows on both sides. View over garden and countryside. The house is set back about 100 yards from the road and is therefore quiet. It has plenty of off road parking and a bus stop outside. Within 400 yards we have a pub, Chinese and Indian restaurants, cafe and newsagents. Nearest supermarket is one mile away.

The Garden retreat

The Garden room has its own front and back door, and access to a lovely south facing garden. It has a kitchenette and en suite. It has a very comfortable king-size bed. We are 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and have views onto Cleeve Hill the highest point of the Cotwolds. There are good local pubs, a national award winning fish and chip shop and a supermarket all nearby. Perfectly situated for all Cheltenham festivals.
