In just 15 minutes you can be at the famous Naples pier for a fun day at the beach. We also have Marco Island, which is one of the top beaches in the world, just 20 minutes away. Pine ride jewel offers a straight shot to the clam pass beach and many more beaches around 8 miles straight west gets you to all high end dining and malls. Pine Ridge road is very easy to navigate and offers many shops and malls, one easy strait ride to the beach. The house offers an older florida home style rap around porch not found in newer homes but we stopped at nothing to make this a real charmer with many views of nature.
