Our home is surrounded by the world's longest quartz ridge. This neighbourhood is populated by mostly elderly people and young families. Our home is not a gated property but there is an hourly patrol by security guards. There are also hidden gems of cafes and nature spots in our neighbourhood.

This taman is new and on reserved Malay land so most of the residents are Malay. Surau is a walking distance from the unit.
