Unser geschmackvoll und behaglich eingerichtetes Haus liegt an den sanften Hängen des Südoststeirischen Hügellandes, umgeben von Weingärten, Blumenwiesen, Obstbäumen und Wäldern. Fantastische Aussicht in absoluter Ruhelage nahe der Südsteirischen Weinstraße ("Steirische Toskana") mit ihren Buschenschänken und Spitzenweinen. Auch die Thermen und wehrhaften Burgen des Vulkanlandes sind nicht weit. Ein wunderbarer Ort für entspannte Tage oder auch schöpferisch-kreative Wochen fernab aller Hektik.

Iznajmljuje se kuća sagrađena 1778. godine, koja je nedavno renovirana, a pritom su zadržani tradicionalni materijali gradnje. U prizemlju je dnevna soba s blagovaonicom, kuhinja, kupaonica s WC-om, prostorija saune, a u potkrovlju dvije spavaće sobe i predsoblje (ukupno 105 m2). Osigurano je parkirno mjesto i natkriveni roštilj s terasom. Oko kuće nalazi se prekrasna priroda, pa je kuća idealna za smještaj ljubitelja prirode, lovaca i ribolovaca. U blizini je Arboretum Opeka i špilja Vindija.

Glamping house Julija is located in the heart of the Jeruzalem Hills. Due to its exceptional location in the middle of vineyards, it is an ideal place for lovers of nature, active holidays or can serve just as a place where you can relax from everyday life. All gourmets will be able to indulge in the pleasures of excellent Prlekija cuisine in the surrounding restaurants, and the top wines of the rich wine-growing region. The Glamping House Julija is situated as an independent mobile facility.

Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

The holiday house 'Franc Holiday House' is located in a quiet street in Lopatinec (Međimurje). The house has a private wellness area with a hydromassage bath, a sauna and a starry sky. Guests have access to a spacious terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Owners of electric cars can charge their vehicle for free at the charger located next to the house. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating as well as underfloor heating. Parking is free.

V popolnoma opremljeni kuhinji si pripravite zajtrk, skuhate kavo in že uživate na urejeni zelenici ali na terasi, kjer vas čaka gugalnica za dva. V primeru slabega vremena pa kar v notranjosti – na mizi, narejeni iz lesa stare preše, udobni sedežni garnituri, pred TV ekranom, s svojim Wi-fi jem. Ko odprete velika lesena vrata, ki vodijo v kletne prostore objekta, vas čaka prostor za razvajanje – stara velbana opečna klet z lesenih podom - Wellness.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely hut

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
