Depending on water level we can be on the banks of Lake Eildon.* This uniquely positioned home, enables guests access to the best of the Victorian high country and Lake Eildon. It's about 55 minutes to the top of Mt Buller and 20 minutes from the historic Mansfield township. Enjoy the Jameison township and Brewery; The Delatite Winery; The High Country Maze & Gardens; the Mansfield Zoo and stunning walking and riding trails less than 10 minutes walk from the house. *The water is low. This spacious family home with a lovely view of Lake Eildon is just a short walk to the water and the general store. Enjoy sunsets from the expansive deck, visits from the friendly parrots and kangaroos, stargazing by the fire pit at night and morning kayak adventures on the lake. BYO boat and launch it at the boat ramp just minutes from the house. In the cooler months a cozy wood fire upstairs makes it the perfect place to relax after a days skiing on nearby Mt Buller, just 50 minutes away.

Villa Jones, perched on one of Eildon‘s prime locations, offers a mid century modern retreat with sprawling grounds. Designed in the 60s by Architect James Earle , this single level residence ensures privacy amidst lush Gardens and panoramic views. Equipped with modern amenities , Fully equipped kitchen, heating/cooling , Wi-Fi and Swimming pool , promises a relaxing holiday experience. Our guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living and dining plus a laundry. The kitchen comes with essentials for a short stay. It can accommodate 1 to 4 people.
