The Hut at Elm Tree Farm, Mansfield

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm is a place to switch off and reconnect with nature. It sits on 160 rolling acres and is surrounded by a 5000 acre working farm. It is an off grid restored shearer's hut with a separate bathroom/toilet and outdoor kitchen. USB charging is available. The hut operates on 12 volt power and gas is provided for water heating and cooking. There is a indoor fireplace for warmth and an outdoor firepit for fun. It is for guests who enjoy outdoor adventures! Note unfenced dams.

The Ruffled Rooster

A cosy unit that has everything you need but it's the seclusion shared with an olive grove ,sheep and poultry that is what makes this place unique. A true nature experience . Lima South and Oak Gully are a great place for a quiet weekend getaway. A comfortable, self-contained flat with full kitchen, living&bedroom with double bed. We are a dog friendly host (unfortunately we have decided to not host cats) We are perfectly situated between Mansfield and Benalla. Mountainbiking and bushwalking, right at the doorstep or explore the wider area. 2km from Lake Nillahcootie. 50min from the base of Mt Buller. Benalla and Winton Raceway are 25 and 30mins away.

Limestone Retreat is nestled in a pretty valley, ideal for a peaceful escape in the country. Perfect for couples or a family looking for a quiet weekend or longer stay. We are located 10km from Yea with its local attractions, 5km to the Rail Trail and close to Eildon and Mt Bulla. The barn has a large open plan living space with a loft. It has a queen bed, and two sets of bunks, which can be curtained off. The dining area looks out onto a dam and beyond are beautiful rolling hills

the Bungalow

A self contained bungalow at rear of Victorian residence over looking pool designed for couples. Bedroom with king bed Is connected to living space in open plan format ie no door. Separate bathroom, kitchen living area. Pool available for guests to use but is shared with others. Free Wi- Fi. Please note ; a two night minimum stay applies. We are dog friendly but within our terms and also additional cleaning fee of $50. Please add pet when booking.
