This 90 year old cabin is rich in history with its rustic exterior and has been finished out with a modern design inspired by wildflowers on the interior. The cabin is just south of Grand Lake, It is extremely easy to access via car, has a great view of Rocky Mountain National park, and boasts all of the modern amenities to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Welcome to Grand Lake! This home is the perfect mountain retreat for everyone. Located near hundreds of miles of maintained snowmobile/ATV trails, hikes, and lake & RMNP access. Enjoy mornings on the patio with a coffee or cozy up by the fireplace. Enjoy the brisk Colorado evenings in the hot tub! Great for any short or long trip! Dogs are allowed (max. 2), however, there is a one time pet fee of $50. Please make sure any dogs are included in your reservation. Inquire if you have more dogs.

Entire brand new, modern & bright cabin. We lost the cabin in 2020 in one of the largest wildfires in Colorado history, and just finished rebuilding. What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.

Peaceful Mountain Retreat This beautiful, newly remodeled, Cabin is located on Wood Pecker Hill in the Historic Town of Grand Lake with walking distance to the sandy beach, the boardwalk and the classic hiking trails of Rocky Mountain National Park. It is a stand alone, family owned cabin built in 1903, in the most quiet part of town. Please note! We cannot accommodate for RVs, Boat or Snow Mobile Trailers. 4 Wheel Drive is recommended in winter. Welcome & Enjoy your stay!

Classic Colorado A-frame on the creek

This charming A frame is so cozy! The living room, dining space and kitchen greet you right as you walk in. The house has a wonderful layout for families, with bathrooms on the main level and the walk out basement, and two living areas. There are large decks off the front and back of the house, adirondacks and picnic table allow taking in the gorgeous view and listening to the seasonal creek very comfortable. Two parking spaces and snowmobiles can be parked right off the road.

That Dam Cabin, too!

This historic yet modern 500 square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway for us and wanted others to share this experience too. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to the Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire.

Historic cabin located just blocks from Grand Lake, the town beach, playground, and the boardwalk with shops and restaurants. Enjoy it's full kitchen,BBQ,firepit,canoe,and bike. The 3rd bedroom is a sleeping porch that can easily accommodate four. Our family has been living here full time for the past 4 years during which cabin has been remodeled. Therefore you will experience the comforts of home (not a corporate AirBnb) and we ask you treat as you would your own home.
