Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Secluded Log Cabin 1 mi from Cumb Mtn State Park

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located genuine log cabin, once featured in Log Cabin Homes and Log Home Living. This beautiful log home creates a calm space by avoiding overhead lighting on the main floor. The window placement and lamps provide more than enough light without taking away from the natural aesthetic. Master bedroom has a tv, KNG bed, & a private bath with walk-in shower. 2nd FL has a QN bed, 3 TWN beds and full bathroom. *2 add’l TWN beds avail upon request.

Nanny’s Cottage

Conveniently close to Fairfield Glade Golf courses, and other activities. Nanny’s Cottage is 300sqft with 1 full bed room w/ queen bed, full bath, washer and dryer, and WiFi. It has big picturesque windows for lots of natural lighting, but also blackout blinds to darken the inside. The outside of the property boasts a beautiful pond and dock to have a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. To enjoy the outside on those chilly nights we have a fire pit with outdoor sitting.

Whether you're on vacation or working remotely, enjoy coffee in front of the large picture windows, a soak in the hot tub, sunset on the large deck, a chat around the smokeless firepit, or kayaking on the nearby lake. Located on Dayton Mountain near many hiking trails, it is only a 20-minute drive to Dayton.

With repurposed creations here and there. This little house will give you a unique experience! Desk . Free WiFi. TV and VHS tapes. Dinning-room, seat four. Lovely kitchen. Bathroom with a laundry room off from it. Back porch and a small room off the porch with dog beds, feeder and water. Driveway with ample parking.

The Restful Retreat

This beautiful ranch style brick home sits on 24 acres of mostly wooded property. From the front porch you have a wonderful view of Hinch Mountain. The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

Budd Family Farm Hideaway

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil Barndominum in the Mountains of TN. Sit by the pond and watch the wildlife. Relax in the Hammock. Enjoy a fire on a cool night. Cool off in the pool (closed for season). Explore the sights and sounds of East TN. Pets are family and are welcome, please reach out for additional Pet Policy information. The Hive - Yurt Stay on micro farm

Welcome to The Hive! This is the second unit on our hobby farm and a nature lovers paradise :) Gorgeous views and abundant wildlife both day and night. After parking near the main home you will take a very short (under 300ft) walk down the hill to the 24ft yurt. On the walk down stop and say hello to the farm animals. Inside the yurt you will have all the amenities to keep you entertained and cozy. Venture out to hike, kayak, shop, etc or just stay in with a good book.
