Enjoy your morning coffee on our porch overlooking the rolling hills and pasture fields. Horses do not live in the barn anymore, but in our pasture surrounding the barn. You can enjoy morning or evening walks around the hay field or with a short drive get to the river or new river trail for some outdoor activities!

Black bear, wild turkey, and deer are the only visitors you will have. Set atop a large waterfall the sound of the falls is audible throughout the property.
