Hello and welcome to our home! This guest house is in our backyard and is very cozy with a large, screened-in porch. Sit in a rocking chair on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the many birds and the company of butterflies and hummingbirds. The King size bed is so comfortable! Our neighborhood lies between the Market District to the south and Bannerman Crossing to the North. There is shopping as well as many restaurants all around us. Downtown and FSU are 20 min away depending on traffic.

Aptly named, “The Q'Whack Shack,” our quaint lakefront home is the perfect host accommodation for a charming weekend or weeklong reprieve. Ideally situated on the heart of Lake Seminole, The Q’Whack Shack is a water enthusiasts dream hideaway. Enjoy boating, angling, an array of watersports (skiing, tubing, etc.), grade-A bass fishing and duck hunting with convenient private dock access just steps from the back door. Waterfront restaurants and other provisions just a quick boat/car ride away.

Close to everything, a million miles away....... Down the two-track driveway, past the view of the nearest neighbors, our new custom cabin awaits. Rest easy on the screened porch, with its view of the two-acre lake or cross the adjacent foot bridge to the island. Fish for bass and bream, stroll the walking path, paddle around and enjoy the wildlife, or just relax far from the madding crowd. This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

Home away from home Northside charmer suite

Lovely and completely renovated 1100 sqft in-law suite, fully self contained and private. It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen (no commercial food preparation allowed) and bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen size bed in the bedroom, with a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Has its own private entrances and dedicated driveway parking area, as well as self-check-in. No pets allowed. This is a strict non-smoking space, no smoking is allowed on the property.

Little House on Broughton Downtown Bainbridge Stay

Located just four blocks from beautiful downtown Bainbridge, this one bedroom, one bath historic shotgun house was recently moved to Broughton Street from across town and fully renovated by your host. Enjoy a taste of an original tiny home with big personality! Home includes free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, and tips from your host on favorite local stops. Pet friendly stay perfect for walks through historic downtown Bainbridge for pets under 50 pounds with a $75 pet fee.

Relax, unwind and rejuvenate in this lovely 2 bedroom/1 bath bungalow. The cottage is nestled on a wooded lot and is a quick walk around the corner to the gorgeous spring-fed Wakulla River home to migratory and resident manatees! Watch manatees swim by from community dock where you can bird watch, swim and fish. Bring your kayaks or canoe or use one of ours to explore the river and swim in the spring-fed waters.

Oyster Cottage (Wheelchair Friendly)

Enjoy family friendly convenience at the Courtyard's Oyster Cottage (sister to the Pelican Cottage). Wheelchair friendly with parking pad. Close to everything in and around Crawfordville. Subway and Taste of Mexico food truck are across the street. Enjoy seasonal fruit from the orchard. If you love coffee like we do there are two coffee trailers only a few minutes away, as well as a sit down coffee shop.

Sienna Lee Gardens: A Beautifully Renovated Home

Relax and unwind in this beautifully renovated 4 bedroom/3 bath home nestled on 20 acres of picture perfect live oaks, organic blueberry orchard, and abundant wildlife. There are so many places for entertaining including a large heated swimming pool (heated from March-Nov). There's a fully equipped kitchen, luxury beds and hotel quality linens. Every room has cable TV and internet throughout the house.

Goat House Farm is a 501(c)3 nonprofit educational farm. All profits go toward supporting the mission of the farm. Come and de-stress by snuggling our goats. These bouncing bundles of joy are guaranteed to make you smile! We are near Tallahassee but in a rural area, down a bumpy dirt road, but we promise the trip is worth it. Kayaking and hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.
