Our 2 floors house is perfect for families who need to spend some days in San Jose, Costa Rica or just to be close from the airport Juan Santamaría for one or more nights. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and can accommodate up to 6 adults plus 2 children. Has a full equipped kitchen and a gorgeous deck with bbq and social area. 2 full bathrooms upstairs and 1/2 bathroom at first floor. The property is located in a private residential and has security 24/7. Also has 2 parking spots included.

We are a 5 minute drive from Barrio Escalante, filled with restaurants for every taste. We have supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and parks very close by.

Private Oasis in Alajuela. 5 minutes away from the International Airport Juan Santamaria. Two mango trees in the garden provide a natural habitat for squirrels and a diversity of birds. Lovely decking to the garden ideal to chill with a glass of wine, take the sun in the morning with your breakfast. Pet friendly! No Kids. You are spoil for choice with vast variety of restaurants, bars and shops within 5 minutes walk. On a Main Road so yes, it can be noisy and there is no cable tv.

Alanna's House is a comfortable 2BR and one bathroom house located 10min walk (7min. by car) from SJO Int'l Airport in a central location in front of the CitiMall Shopping Center in Alajuela. This makes this place convenient to stopover before or after your next flight when you arrive late in the night or depart early in the morning. The accommodation has a workspace, cable TV, an equipped kitchen, WiFi and autonomous access. Alanna's house doesn't have Air Conditioning available
