The house suits very well for a family of up to five people or a small group. There is ample terrace space for outdoor dining and relaxing. One car can be parked on the premises. The fence has a remote controlled gate. The house has air conditioning on the second floor where the bedrooms are and on the first floor there is also a sauna.

Our house is located in Haapsalu old town. Tiiker Apartment is on second floor of our house. Apartment has private entry. House is over 110 year old, but has all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, living room with fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and a big balcony in the apartement. Bedroom nr 1 has 120cm wide bed. Bedroom nr 2 can be twin (2x80cm) or double (160cm). Baby cot and extra bed is also avaiable if needed. Coffee and tea is included in price.

The apartment is located in the historical and nature conservation area on the Haapsalu ”chocolate promenade”. The house was built in 1840’s by a famous pirate. Restaurants, main tourist attractions, a spa, beaches and children’s playgrounds are within a few blocks walking distance. The location is quiet and child friendly. We welcome peaceful and reliable guests. The place has a cozy home feel.
