Chesterdale is in the heart of Kuitpo forest on 32 acres, surrounded by 8,900 acres of pine plantations and native forests. Perfect for walking and riding, the Heysen and Kidman trails are accessible through our back gate. Famous McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wineries are nearby. While the guest suite is attached to the main house, it is quite separate and totally private. A 50 minute drive from Adelaide’s CBD and a 20 minute drive from southern beaches, it is perfect for a weekend escape.

Additionally, you will be only a 10-minute drive to South Australia’s finest beaches including the iconic Port Willunga Beach.

Sit by the wood combustion fire & warm your soul or lie in until lunchtime in soft linen sheets, listening to birdsong. Lost in the Vines is a very private space in the McLaren Vale wine district, surrounded by vines & views, with lots of great walks, wineries & restaurants nearby. The house is all yours but I am generally around if you have any queries. Walk, ride, read or just kick back.

Set on the doorstep of Uraidla, this tiny cabin is nestled by the flower garden at the bottom of the property, overlooking the valley below. Built by hand to be cosy and comfortable, this is the place if you're looking to retreat and take a breath. If you're ready to explore, Hide is your basecamp to discover what the Adelaide Hills has to offer. Come and be replenished, renewed and rejuvenated at Hide in the beautiful Adelaide Hills where good food, wine, and produce abound.

Maunder Cottage Aldinga Township

We recognize the Kaurna people whose land holds our little cottage. Situated in Aldinga Township Maunder Cottage is a beautiful stone cottage that is self contained. It has one bedroom with Queen size bed. It has a fully renovated bathroom with a deep bath suitable for two people. The walls in the lounge room are made from limestone dug from the property. The building itself used to be the vets. We live in the house adjacent to the cottage. Our home was built in 1842.

Ode to the Orchard • outdoor bath, stunning views

A cosy, curated cottage with a rustic vibe, Ode to the Orchard is surrounded by the Adelaide Hills’ finest wineries and sits high on 16 acres. It is one of the original stone homes of the area and enjoys stunning 360 degree views of picturesque Lenswood. There is no better place to relax: soak in the gorgeous claw-foot bath looking out to the stars, enjoy that glass of local red by the fire, or try out our apple crumble recipe in the vintage wood-fired Aga.

3 Peaks Haus

A comfy home located in historic and charming Willunga. It is a short 1 minute walk to High Street with cafes, local pubs, galleries, markets including the popular Willunga Farmer's Market. McLaren Vale wineries are nearby and beautiful beaches adorn our coast. 3 Peaks Haus is a recently built home. The large front yard and courtyard is surrounded by a beautiful garden that provides private sanctuary and local bird habitat.

Wildhill - secluded retreat with panoramic views

One of the region’s premier accommodation places, Wildhill Retreat is a peaceful short-stay hideaway atop one of the highest points in McLaren Vale, overlooking vines, hills, and the sea. Ideally suited for couples or small groups, you will stay amongst beautiful native flora, with close access to local wineries, breweries, distilleries, and restaurants, and within walking distance of the Onkaparinga National Park.
