We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Large open space living area with free fast wifi to enjoy your streaming services Netflix/Stan on the large smart TV. Spacious kitchen equipped with all necessary essentials to make you feel at home away from home. Two private bedrooms with queen size beds are available exclusively for your use during your stay. Close to Fiona Stanley, Murdoch hospitals, Cockburn Gateway shops and 20 mins to the CBD.

A little luxury studio.

This is a unique spacious studio that has a style all its own. Our studio has all the creature comforts, King Koil Chiro mattress, beautiful cotton bamboo sheets, TV in the bedroom as well as a 55cm TV in the lounge area. Comfort plus sofa, and a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. We have a washing machine for your convenience too. Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
