Immaculate cute beachside duplex located a short 10 minute walk to The beautiful Rockingham Foreshore, where you will find the stunning Rockingham Beach, cafes, award winning Restaurants, wine bars, shops, and picnic and playground areas. Walk to the end of the street & you can hop on a shuttle bus that will take you down the foreshore or to the train/bus station where you can be exploring Perth stress free. If public transport isn't for you, Fremantle is only a short 25 minute drive.

Elegant and private canal home, allowing you to experience everything that Mandurah has to offer. Watch dolphins swim past in your back yard, catch crabs off the jetty, use the kayaks to head into town, go fishing or just relax and read one of the many books in the parents retreat, or sun room, watch a movie, play cards or head down to the beach. When you stay at Magnolia Cottage, Dwellingup you will find a Mid-Century cottage which retains its rustic charm but has been revitalized and extended with a huge kitchen, large outdoor covered entertainment area, renovated modern bathroom, and 2 toilets. Your baseline booking provides for 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6. The 4th King Bedroom is available UPON REQUEST, for an additional booking fee, providing for up to 8 guests. Right in the heart of Margaret River, this very special house and garden sanctuary includes outdoor relaxation spaces including an undercover living area with outdoor heating for the winter months.
