Walk to Magazine Street, the St. Charles streetcar, coffee shops, and the beautiful homes of the Garden District. Close to the French Quarter, but tucked away from the noise. City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). It's one block from a grocery store, drug stores & bus line. It is also a close trip to the Garden District, Tulane, French Quarter, and the St. Charles Avenue street car line. It features a washer/dryer and a kitchen with all basic cooking amenities. Built in the 1880s, the apartment is awash with historic New Orleans charm.
