Great location

A weatherboard sixties state house with off-street parking, located close to the motorway, the Trusts Arena. 5 minutes walk to Countdown. There’s a data projector with Google Chromecast. Plenty of children's books and board games. I only use eco-cleaning products. You will have access to the front of the house as the decking at the back needs repairs. Rear garden is also unavailable. The house exterior is a work in progress, but the inside is tidy and clean!
