Simple comforts of home are provided in our 1450 sq. ft. , two bedrooms, two and a half bath townhouse which is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. With all the amenities of home, you're sure to enjoy all that Asheville and the surrounding area has to offer. This is a brand new listing and we are new to hosting! We are excited to launch this rental property and are eager to receive our first guests.

Relax at this peaceful lakefront condo in Flat Rock, perfectly situated overlooking Jordan Lake and the dam. This 1BR/1BA lower-level unit sleeps up to 4 guests with a king bed and sleeper sofa—no stairs required for access. Enjoy serene water views, a community pool, and lakeside setting just minutes from Hendersonville. Stays under 28 nights include free daily attraction tickets through Xplorie, including access to the Biltmore Estate.

Private Deck, 2 mi to Downtown, King Bed

Just 2 miles from vibrant downtown Hendersonville and the uber quaint village of Flat Rock, The Gilded Nest affords visitors a restful stay in a historic home, nearly 100 years old. The suite has a separate entrance through the private deck at the side of the house and no shared areas with the primary home. Our cleaning fee is high- because we drain and refill the hot tub in between each guest. Save $80 by opting out of the hot tub!

Bervard county is close by and famous for it’s 250 different water fall with miles of trails to walk . Tryon International Equestrian Center Come and explore this area.
