Both hip & historic, it is located in the heart of the Northwest Quadrant neighborhood in the walkable historic district. The 500 square foot apartment with 10' ceilings, large windows, dark navy walls, concrete floors, and chic furnishings is bold and handsome. Using the Breville barista pro make yourself a latte to enjoy on the beautiful front porch & relax.

Cara May Cottage

We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

Cheerful tiny close to downtown, 9 mi to Paris Is.

Make yourself at home in our renovated tiny home just two blocks from the bay and less than 1 mile to Downtown Beaufort. In just over 400 square feet you will find a living room, full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and washer/dryer. This circa 1940s home has been lovingly updated and decorated to make for a comfortable stay. You will sleep soundly on the 12" memory foam mattress and cool technology pillows. *Please note that the living room/kitchen floor slopes about 4" due to the home's age.

The Cottage at Burroughs

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Meridian Rd. Guest House Walk to Restaurants/Parks

1 Bedroom Guest House. GREAT location. 15 minute walk over bridge to downtown. Bedroom has queen bed, living room has full size futon. Small Fridge, Microwave & Toaster in kitchen (No Stove/Oven). Quick walk to Fishing dock and Dockside restaurant PLEASE! put the correct amount of people. It’s a maximum of 3 people. There is an additional fee for a third person. There is parking for 1 vehicle. If additional parking is needed please inquire as to availability prior to booking. Thanks!

This well kept tiny home has a private bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.

The “White House” sits off of Boundary St. convenient to all Beaufort has to offer. Just a few blocks from USCB and beautiful sunrises over the Beaufort River. All of Beaufort's restaurants and shops are within walking distance or bikes can be rented nearby. Beaufort Waterfront is home to a marina, public docks, kayak rentals, boat tours and a great time day or night. HI Beach Pass provided. Perfect place for couples to come work, relax, explore or rejuvenate.

Welcome to the Green House, a recently renovated and tastefully decorated historic three bedroom and two bathroom home bursting with Southern charm. This light and attractive home offers a downstairs master suite with a King Size bed and a recently remodeled full ensuite bathroom with tiled walk in shower. There are two additional Queen bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Unfortunately no pets allowed.

Romantic Cottage for 2 - 10 min walk to downtown

The cottage was completely renovated in June 2022 and it is in heart of the National Historic District of Beaufort and only a 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to Bay Street and the Beaufort River. The cottage is also only a 10 minute drive to Paris Island and 20 minute drive to the beach and we provide a pass to the Hinton Island State Park / Beach.
