47 Aan De Breede is situated in the more quiet area of the popular holiday village of Malgas. The elevated house promises an endless and jaw-dropping view of the river. The abundance of bird- and wildlife in the area will be a delight for any nature lover. The river is swim friendly, offering a variety of activities, from kayaking, boating and skiing or just relaxing at your private jetty. Riverdance Cottage (No loadshedding & fresh water)

BEAT THE WINTER BLUES with the new enclosed veranda as well as veranda fireplace and now also indoor fireplace. No LOADSHEDDING! No SALTWATER! The cottage is situated about 30 meters from the main house and 45m from the river. It is elevated and overlooks the BreedeRiver. 2 x two-man canoes are available. There is rainwater to be used as cooking and drinking water. There is a TV in the cottage with Netflix and DSTV Live connected. This is the place to relax and regroup. Enjoy

Self catering spacious one bedroom flat on upper floor with two additional beds in the lounge. Private entrance and off street parking. Stunning views over tidal river from balcony. Braai facilities available. Main swimming beach only a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Nature garden opposite property. 5 min walk to pub, restaurant, tearoom, laundromat and coffee shop. Enjoy rowing on the river in our canoe or kayak at high tide from the garden steps.

Situated a short 6km from town, it is an easy ride to the beach, or into town, but far enough to still feel relaxed.
