The guesthouse has dual paned windows, no shared walls, and the yard is fully protected with a stone wall for privacy and security. Waterhaven is a quiet, peaceful, relaxing experience.

We are located on a quiet, eclectic street in a canyon with lots of trees and great neighbors. Near beaches, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Little Italy, Gaslamp and the San Diego Bay. Near grocery stores, movie theaters, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Important: We meet all guests personally upon arrival. Dog friendly in heart of Hillcrest

This is a dog friendly home with no extra dog fees and a great backyard that is strictly yours and your pups to enjoy. Airbnb calls it a guest suite but it is one room that is attached to the back of my house with private entrance, deck, private bath, microwave, frig, keurig machine with pods (no kitchen) and one free off street parking space big enough to fit a Ford F-150 trucK. There is some highway noise outside but windows are double-paned, so quiet inside. Smoking is fine outside.
