It is just 45 minutes to the great recreation area of Manning Park, with numerous outdoor activities for all ages and abilities. When at the Retreat, soak up the stream sights and sounds, and the varied flora and fauna. Relax on the deck by the creek, with many activities nearby. Have the best sleeps to the Creek's water sounds. 1 Pet fee 100$ x stay

Perched up on the cliff, over-looking the Fraser River, our luxury train caboose is surrounded by a rhododendron forest. Conveniently located on highway #7, we are easily accessible and at the door step of endless outdoor adventures. We have our own private hiking trails that wind up the mountain side, crossing creeks, waterfalls and passing many varietals of rhododendrons amongst the lush, natural forest. There are multiple gazebos, look-outs and the higher up you go, the quieter it is.

On indoor days, entertain yourself with the many games available. For outdoor enthusiasts, explore the numerous hiking trails in Sunshine Valley and Manning Park. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional pet fee.

Private Modern Treehouse on Highland Farm

Designed as a nod to my heritage, Skoghus ('forest house' in Norwegian) was crafted for relaxation, and reconnecting with nature. The treehouse sits in the centre of a Scottish Highland cattle farm, with pasture and forest in all directions. From the yard, you'll be able to observe and engage with the farm's cattle when they come by. Inside, you can disconnect and unwind, with luxury amenities. The dwelling is completely unique and provides a very special feeling while living in the trees.

Must Love Chickens (and cats, dogs, ducks...)

As a farm and since we live on site, our suite will still be allowed under BC's new AirBnB restrictions. With its own private entrance, this bright, south facing suite offers 2 acres of outdoor space with views of Mount Baker from our partially covered patio. Hike one of the nearby trails, feed our chickens, ducks or goats, or just watch the grass grow. Ask about seasonal homestead workshops like making cheese or picking your own apples and making fresh cider.

Tucked off the main road, enjoy nature as the deer, bear, coyotes, marmots, chipmunks, frogs and other animals walk past the tiny house to the local pond. Perfect for a romantic getaway. All the amenities in a tiny package!

Go to sleep to the sound of a creek roaring in the distance, wake up to the sound of beautiful birds. Have a fire, go for a hike through nearby teapot hill. Cozy Log Cabin

Our log home was built to replicate historical buildings in BC with a roof line borrowed from Quebec. The main floor is an open concept with a kitchen, dining area and living room. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. I have a clawfoot bathtub but do not have a shower. The back yard is large and fenced for kids and a dog to enjoy. Bring your own wood if you want to use the fire pit. Bring pods if you want to use the Keurig or Nespresso.

The Yellow Maple

Come enjoy your stay in Maple, a 1996 school bus that has been fully renovated into a tiny home. Come experience the camping vibes without sacrificing any of the modern luxuries! This creek side stay is located in a small private campground in the middle of peaceful country side. 2 minutes away from entrance to Jones lake and 10 min to the town of Hope. Kick back, relax, make some s'mores, and enjoy every thing Maple has to offer.

Country Escape with Massive Hot Tub

Escape from city life and come relax in Gods creation! Sit under the glass covered pergolas, we have one over the hot tub and one over the fire table. Popular for retreats and friend reunions! Sit by a warm fire inside or outside! You are surrounded by nature and mountains in a peaceful rural setting! Located just off Hwy #1, 15 minutes away from the town of Hope, and 20 minutes from Harrison Lake!
