Listen to the burbling river from the private hot tub to a mountain backdrop, while the deep jetted tub in the main bathroom is an equally welcome sight. The gourmet kitchen has a Viking stove, while the wood-rich interior includes 2 gas fireplaces. New luxury king mattress and bed in the main bedroom! This property used to provide the "Rooms on the River" when it was part of the Minturn Inn on Main street. Now this coveted spot is all for you. Tucked out of the way on a quiet street it's the perfect place to relax after a hard day of mountaineering. The apartment consists of the great room and the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bedside fireplace, en-suite bathroom with jetted bath tub, glass shower and hot tub right outside your bedroom door. The main room contains a queen bed with privacy curtains which has direct access to the main bathroom and shower. The main room also contains a full gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, round table that seats 6, 50" tv with cable, and pull out sleeper sofa. The apartment opens directly out to the yard right on the river. The entire apartment is private including private entrance. The yard is shared with us, however we rarely use it since our children prefer the front/street side of the house where they can ride their bikes! My wife or I will often be out fly-fishing in our backyard river in the summer evenings. We're happy to share the space and tell you what's biting! Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible. Or even high-heel accessible. Boots are recommend to walk through the shoveled path that takes you to the riverside entrance. There is a rope handrail to help guide you but you must be sure-footed. Our family of four live in the completely separate upstairs. I'm normally available for anything that comes up, but do not want to impede on your relaxing riverside vacation. Minturn is a small ski town away from the bustle of Vail and Beaver Creek. Stroll to several restaurants, a winery, quaint gift shops, a record store, and perhaps the best fly shop in the mountains. Ski, raft, and mountain bike just minutes away. There is free parking in the driveway. There is a bus stop a 3-minute walk away that will take you to Vail for $4. Ubers and taxis are also available. Our home and property is non-smoking. No pets please. Pack n' Play with fitted sheet in unit. Ironing board/iron, fan, extra blankets, picnic basket/backpack, hair dryer in each bathroom.

Stairs to a private propane fire pit on the river. Free parking. Full kitchen. Washer/dryer in unit. Located in Eagle-Vail, an area between Vail and Beaver Creek Ski Resorts. An 18 hole golf course runs through the community. Few minutes walk to the Highway 6 bus stop. The bus is free. Five minute drive to Beaver Creek and 10 min to Vail.

Cozy Condo on the Fraser River

Bright airy western sunset view with no obstructions looking down on Fraser river 25' in front of building. Walking distance to all of Winter Park. One year old new Rec Center with pool, hot tubs, pool table, Computer, guitar, great locker rooms with showers. Free town bus comes by hourly and pick up is right at our building. Car not really needed once your here. Winter Park is great Skiing with all the summertime activities as well. Sorry we are not pet friendly. We just installed a new stove.
