The Guest Suite

Open floor plan studio with parking & easy access to Old Town Alexandria, Nat’l Harbor, and DC via public transit, or with your own car. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite house has its own outdoor deck with a private seating & dining area. Inside is just over 500 sqft and has a large couch, twin and queen size beds, kitchenette, full bath with tub and desk and chair for remote workers. Additional inflatable twin mattress available by request. Well behaved and house trained pets welcome.

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

An upstairs (lots of stairs), rear entrance offers a private feel. Short walk to stores, YMCA, restaurants, dog parks & more! 12 min drive to DCA & Braddock metro about a mile. Noise may be an issue if you need silence.

Second bed is a futon in an office space off the bedroom. It is a one bedroom suite. New private patio and gas fire table. Private entrance, private bathroom. No check-out chores. No kitchen, but the suite is surrounded by dozens of restaurants and bars. We do have a small fridge and coffee bar. No microwave

Charming and rustic little apartment overlooking a beautiful restaurant garden in the heart of old town with its own balcony. Come stay in our quaint and cozy little loft apartment while visiting historic Alexandria! This is a unique place in an old building and you will never find anything like this in a hotel! The second bed is in the loft up a steep ladder, so not suitable for small children or those with mobility issues.
