A peaceful secluded self contained annex on the outskirts of the village with views across the fields 5 minutes walk to the local village pub & shop 10 mins drive to the city of Truro Truro train station is a mainline and 10 mins away. Buses to Truro and beyond from the village 15 mins drive to some beautiful sandy beaches. A perfect place to explore Cornwall. The annex had been fully modernised, with a large walk in shower. One The old smelting works, near Hall for Cornwall

The Old Smelting works is a building of historical importance. Around 1892 and next to Brunels viaduct, it was a Tin Smelting Works. In recent years it has been converted into four modern apartments but holding on to as much of it’s industrial history as possible. The Smelting Works is in the centre of Truro, though quietly tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the Town Centre which is just five minutes walk away. Train station a 5-10 minute walk away and close to all transport links.
