Subject to availability the price is for 1 or 2 guests. The apartment is on the 5th floor of an historic building from the 17th century in the heart of the Les Halles-quarter. there is an elevator on the first floor. It has been fully renovated in 2012. A big window giving out on the yard lets in lots of light. The apartment is really quiet, but when you get outside, you're in the heart of the City ! It is equipped with a bathroom (shower), separate WC, a real folding "murphy" bed (150x200), a wardrobe and a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, a multifunction microwave oven, a fridge freezer, a washing machine with dryer, induction cooktop and everything you will need for cooking. You will also find a hair dryer, high speed wifi, flat Tv screen. In case we exceptionally agree on late arrival, additionnal 30€ payable upon arrival. Smoking not allowed. No parties. ------------------------------------------------- Location and neighborhood ------------------------------------------------- The nearest subway stops are Chatelet and Les Halles, the most central hub of the fast RER subway line and metro, will take you straight to Charles de Gaulle airport or Orly airport and most train stations. It is very accessible to go to Disney Land Paris or Versailles Castle. you will actually be able to reach most place through a direct line (metro, bus, RER) : you're in the center ! So everything is at hand : museum, restaurants, shops, the Seine..... The quarter is very central, and it is easy to discover Paris from there. Many of its monuments are at walking distance: The central square Les Halles, the modern art museum Centre Pompidou, the famous Louvre, Notre Dame de Paris, the lively Grands Boulevards and their clubs and bars...all of these sites are at walking distance. Montorgueil is one of the most animated quarters in Paris. It has many bars and restaurants, a little food-market with butcher, fishmonger, florist, supermarket and greengrocer, as well as a good choice of fashion-boutiques. On thursdays and sundays, a grocery-market is held in Montmartre street. Le Marais, one of the trendy and animated district, is at 5 minutes by foot. You will find there shops, bars, art galleries and also a busy night life.

au sixième étage ,ascenseur, donnant sur une cour très calme.Refait à neuf. Très  « safe » (surtout si vous êtes une femme).J’habite l’immeuble. Idéal pour explorer la ville de Paris, mais aussi notre quartier très parisien et très sympathique. Beaucoup de petits commerces et des transports . Je me ferais un plaisir de vous donner toutes les astuces et de vous conseiller les meilleurs endroits du quartier. Je suis flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ et je peux garder votre bagage.

Le Saint-Landry is a two bedroom flat built on 2 levels in the historical heart of Paris, the ile de la Cite, mostly famous for housing Notre-Dame, the Sainte-Chapelle and the Conciergerie. Seven windows, of which two are along the quai aux Fleurs and face the Hotel de Ville, allow the apartment to be flooded with light. It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was one of the first harbors of the city.
