This house is located in the heart of the Hsr layout and one walk will get you anywhere from supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and cafes. This private studio apartment is on the 4th floor without any lift. But the hike to reach the place will be worth it. We have recently installed an AC but the photos aren't updated. Located just a km walk from the beach and Taj exotica, this duplex in a gated complex offers breathtaking views of the fields from your balconies. The first floor boasts two ensuite bedrooms, while the second floor features a living space with kitchen. It takes 15 steps to reach the first floor. Enjoy access to the society’s large swimming pool, which is open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Swimwear is mandatory. Note: Loud music and parties around the pool and balconies are strictly prohibited.
