Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Centrally located in the delightful village of Clapham. The cottage consists of an open plan sitting/dining area with sofa bed and a kitchen, upstairs there are 2 good sized double bedrooms (one with twin beds if required), a toilet, shower room with basin, there is another shower room & basin (no toilet) en-suite off the main bedroom. The cottage has its own fast B4RN broadband connection and is equipped with a washer/dryer, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, 2 TV's one in bedroom, toiletries.

Nestled in the countryside 0.5miles from the nearest pub there are plenty of fantastic eateries, open-air swimming pool, waterfalls walk, caves and the spectacular ribblehead viaduct

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.

Well Cottage is centrally located in the small, charming market town of Settle sleeping 1-2 people. Ideally situated at the end of the High Street with free parking for 1 car. Shop, bars, restaurants and cafes are all within a 2 minute walk and the train station is within a 5 minute walk away. The Cottage is over 200 years old and has interesting historical features with internal stone walls and exposed windows. A small quirky cottage in a fabulous location.

Burton-in-Lonsdale is a compact village of 600 residents within a short walking distance from the community shop. The village pub has re-opened (Wed-Sun) but currently not serving food.
