Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Split heater for warmth or cool in this well insulated space. Great WiFi and 1 block from a deli serving hot breakfasts etc. Over the hill in Fairfax is the famous Good Earth food store. Great drives to Point Reyes and Golden Gate Bridge. A great base for exploring the area.

Located on the hill in Stinson Beach, this tidy studio is just a short walk down to town and the beach. Filled with the sound of the ocean, and close to the many hiking trails on Mt. Tam, the studio has a full kitchen and bath, and unobstructed panoramic views. 31 day stays have a 10% discount and are exempt from the 14% STR tax. Small dogs are welcome, and discounts on the pet fee will be considered for longer stays.
