Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

A 5-minute walk from the Kremlin Bicêtre hospital, buses, 5 minutes from metro line 14, and a 20-minute walk to Paris. Note: Parties and gatherings are not allowed.

Veuillez noter que je n'ai pas de four micro ondes ni de télévision, et que l'appartement est situé au cinquième étage sans ascenseur. Également, c'est réellement mon appartement et non un bien uniquement loué. Sur demande, vous pouvez disposer d'un parking.
