The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

LYON COSY STAY quai St Vincent

Appartement de 100 m2 près du quai St Vincent et des sites touristiques lyonnais (vieux Lyon, Fourvière, place des Terreaux, Bellecour, Opéra). Il raviva les touristes, les professionnels ( salons, foires, conférences et séminaires) et les sportifs. Les 4 chambres et ses 3 salles d'eau (sans toilettes) accorderont confort et intimité aux occupants. 2 wc indépendants. Ce logement n'est en aucun cas un lieu de fête. Aucune nuisance sonore ne sera tolérée dans la copropriété et l'appartement.

Nid douillet perché / vieille ville / vue sur Lyon

La Campagne à la ville. A seulement 10 min à pied de l'Hotel de ville, perchée sur les hauteurs du Vieux-Lyon, notre maison est un bijou de verdure dans la ville. Un cadre rare et agréable. L'appartement se compose d'un salon / cuisine, d'une chambre et d'une salle de douche. Il offre une belle vue sur la colline de Croix-Rousse. 1 place de parking mise à disposition gratuitement. Mais attention, l'accès le plus direct à la ville ne se fait que par les escaliers à St Paul (cf photo).
