It’s a quite neighborhood safe, only 5 miles from the freeway also 35 minutes to Denny Stadium. Roll tide my place for nice stay. This my private home I reside in myself I will rent the whole house for 3-4 guests but if it’s one person I’ll rent half of the house which have two bedrooms and private bathroom , I will stay on the other side we share the kitchen only . Lake Retreat contains Catfish, Bass, Sunfish, Blue Gill, and other Bream. Lake Retreat is part of the Lake View Property Owner association. We must follow the guidelines of the LPOA. This is a perfect place to unwind. It is in a very private and wooded area only 8 miles from the expressway 20/59 in Tuscaloosa County

This all-inclusive single room basement has just about everything you need for your stay. There is a kitchen with a brand new refrigerator, full bathroom, dining table that can double as a desk, and a 75” TV for your viewing pleasure! An added piece of entertainment is our classic stand-up arcade with multiple games to choose from! You will have your own entry on the back patio, which includes a table and chairs. For ultimate privacy, there are no shared spaces.

You will hear others in the floor below. The spiral staircase is not for everyone, I would not advise this space for anyone (including pets) with mobility issues. Suitcases are difficult to carry up the stairs. The second bedroom has sloped ceilings which may not be suitable for tall people.
