Our cottage apartment (upstairs above a detached garage) is a quaint & intimate one room, 500 square foot getaway with a queen bed, full size sleeping loft, futon and couch (not a pull-out), as well as a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, just 12 minutes from Red Rocks and Bear Creek Lake, 5 minutes from hiking, biking and paddle boarding at Chatfield State Park, 8 minutes from South Valley Park, 20 minutes from Denver, and 45 from DIA.

Free onsite parking and a separate entrance makes this the perfect place to unwind after your festivities. Nearby are public hiking trails, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and local breweries, as well as the Colorado School of Mines. We hope to see you soon.
