Welcome to the Mustard Seed. We believe that big memories can be made with humble beginnings. We invite you to come experience country-style living in East Tennessee. We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Our guesthouse is equipped with all the comforts of home plus plenty of space to let you relax while still being minutes from downtown Jefferson City, home of C-N Univ. Start your day with coffee on the large covered back porch while planning your day at Cherokee or Douglas Lake, exploring the Great Smoky Mountains or Panther Creek State Park, or visting Dollywood

Rocky Ridge is a beautiful secluded cabin with breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains and Douglas lake. The cabin sleeps 6 and has a fully stocked kitchen, two large bedrooms with king size beds, a sleeper sofa in the loft, a master bath with double shower heads and soaking tub, a living room with a cozy fireplace, an arcade table, hammock and rocking chairs on the wrap around porch, propane grill, charcoal grill, fire pit, and much more. This is the place to enjoy the Smoky Mountains!!

Bear Haven - Cozy Mountain Tiny Cabin

If you plan on bringing a pet please contact me before finalizing booking. There are rules and questions to review. Bear Haven is not too big, not too small, it's just right. This cabin is nestled in the grandeur of the Smoky Mountains in Tenessee. Quiet and serene, this beautiful cabin is perfect for a romantic weekend with one queen bed and one bath or for a small family getaway. Situated on a hillside and surrounded by large lush trees, you have the feeling of almost being hidden away.

The Lighthouse at Hunkerdown Hollow provides a waterfront experience at the base of the Smoky Mountains. This unique lodging brings you up close to the natural beauty of the Douglas lake resevoir. Whether you're visiting to explore one of the two beautiful lakes nearby, Douglas & Cherokee, or just need a quiet getaway, our home is the perfect place for you!

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

Newly remodeled LAKEFRONT home on DOUGLAS LAKE in Dandridge Tn. Very convenient drive to UTK, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Knoxville. Bring your fishing poles and enjoy this 4 bedroom 3 bath home with incredible mountain and lake views. NOTE- Douglas Lake is operated by TVA and the lake levels are lowered from fall to spring. There will not be water at the boat docks during this time.
