The lake bed is visible during the dry years and the lake will slowly reappear during wet years. The lake is currently the fullest it’s been in many years. Cosy, peaceful, self contained, brand new tiny home is located at the back of a tranquil garden of a private residence. Fully equipped kitchen and furnished courtyard with BBQ. You get a private entrance from your own undercover car spot and fenced yard. 'The Den' is a peaceful , secure little gem. Tucked away and almost out of sight, yet centrally located close to Woden Town Centre, 5 minute walk local shops/cafes, 5 minute drive to the Canberra Hospital.

Our generous garden flat is positioned within walking distance of Queanbeyan town centre, and a 20 minute drive to Canberra CBD. Directly adjacent to the showground our very private, spacious, uncluttered, clean flat has 2 private courtyards in which to follow sun /shade and cook a BBQ. It is a well-designed property to take advantage of the seasons. It will be warm in winter if the curtains are kept open during the day and cools down lovely in summer if you open it up at dusk to let the fresh breeze in that arrives in Canberra then. We provide linen, towels, and soaps.

Kookaburra Cottage is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the tranquil country outlook while being only minutes to Queanbeyan and Canberra. Fully self contained and separate from the main house, the cottage has everything you need for a getaway - a spacious bedroom with a king sized bed, a kitchen with the basics, a comfortable living area with a smart TV, wifi and air conditioning in both rooms to keep you warm or cool depending on the season.

Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of my studio separate from the main house. Studio is simply furnished with French doors, solid timber floors, full kitchen, bathroom and storage area. Central location easy walk to Griffith, Manuka and Kingston. Good transport to ANU, Russell and the Parlimentary Triangle. The studio is set to the rear of the property in lush cottage garden with an abundance of fruit, flowers and vegetables.
