Kalgan Retreat -Pet Friendly holiday accommodation

The beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Chalet is located on a semi-rural property, only 15 minutes from Albany CBD. With everything a family could need. We are a Pet Friendly retreat with plenty of room for your pets to run and play. A short walk through the property you will find the Kalgan River, where you can kayak with the family. We have plenty of kayaks for you to use free of charge. We have a few friendly farm animals including Nigerian Dwarf goats, horses and an alpaca.

Mountain Escape next to Porongurup National Park

Wake to birdsong, fresh mountain air and Bluff Knoll through the trees. The Mountain View Cottage is a peaceful family base beside the Porongurup National Park, where private access to the adjoining park and walking trails begins right from the front door. Spend your days roaming forest paths, spotting kangaroos & birdlife, swimming in the dam, playing under big skies or simply slowing down into the quiet. Then come home to mountain views, a warm fire and a cottage that feels easy to sink into.

River’s End Retreat

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Chesterfarm and Stables

Our property has been lovingly, restored, with a difference. We have one bedroom located off the front verandah and one bedroom accessible from the back entry and two bedrooms within the home, great for two families, giving people their own space. Surrounded by 74 acres, only 5 minutes from Albany CBD. There is a large farmhouse kitchen, beautifully furnished areas. On balmy nights you can huddle around a cosy fire pit under the stars roasting marshmallows and relaxing with a glass of wine

Driftwood Beach House, Emu Point - stroll to beach

This classic 1960’s three-bedroom beach house is a 5-minute stroll from Emu Point beach, marina, and fantastic Emu Point cafe. Inside, you’ll find a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and 3 comfortable bedrooms with plush mattresses for a great night’s sleep. After a day exploring the beach or local attractions, unwind on the deck with garden and bushland views. Filled with charming character and delightful quirks, it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beachside lifestyle.

In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

City Sanctuary - secluded garden and huge bath.

The space is in the heart of town but has a secluded and tranquil feel. This architect designed home is light, spacious and open plan. There is a large deck with couches for relaxing in the garden, a large well equipped kitchen and a deep luxurious bath to soak in after a busy day of sight seeing. An ideal getaway for couples or a small group, you can spend the days exploring the rugged coastlines, walking incredible trails or visiting the local wineries, before retreating home to enjoy our cosy cabin.

Woodlands Retreat is your secret getaway nestled among the stunning Porongurup Ranges on 40 hectares of wilderness, offering jaw-dropping views that will leave you speechless. This romantic hideout has two roomy bedrooms, each with its own rainwater shower ensuite, a private indoor spa for relaxation, a gourmet kitchen, a warm and inviting lounge, complete with a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings together. Lights Cottage - Farm Stay

Lights Cottage is a secluded, newly renovated heritage cottage located on Lights Beach Farm. Wake up in the mornings surrounded by cattle, kangaroos, and native birds. Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

Train Carriage Farm Stay

Onegum Bed and Breakfast is an ideal country escape located near the Stirling Ranges in Kendenup, Western Australia. The bed and breakfast is a historic train carriage that has been lovingly restored to pay respect to it's rich heritage but to also have all the creature comforts to make your stay relaxing and idyllic. Onegum is also a family friendly farm where you can collect eggs for breakfast, see the emus or hang out with some friendly llamas.
