Electric fireplace, mini-split AC/heat in common space, window units & blackout shades in each bedroom. Twin beds in front bedroom, queen in back bedroom, full bath located between. Backyard with large covered deck & grilling area. Fenced space for pets. Carport has ping pong, darts, & corn hole.

The cottage is a private space with kitchenette, living area, separate bedroom, and screened in patio. Very private and peaceful setting.

Amy’s Poolside Retreat

Spacious pool house with a full kitchen and living area , access to a pool and hot tub (access to hot tub seasonal),as well as a yard for sitting and relaxing or watching your children play .More sleeping options available upon request in advance . No children under 15 in hot tub ( no jumping out of the hot tub either, )you will be asked to leave if your children are jumping off the sides )or younger children in hot tub .

Private & Charming Pool House

This charming pool house has doors that open up to a poolside view. It has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom and a second floor that boasts a pool table and a balcony view of the pool! Sleeps 4. Downstairs sleeps 2 memory foam fold out sofa bed . Checkin time is 3:00pm and checkout is 10:00 am. We do allow lenient times upon request.
