Sunny Holiday House with pool is a comfortable private ground-floor house with a beautiful view of the Kaštela Bay and the islands from Split to Trogorir, which is especially nice to enjoy at night with all the lights in the distance. We are located exactly halfway between the two UNESCO-protected cities of Split and Trogir, the whole area is rich in content and as a central position in Dalmatia, we are an ideal starting point for exploring the rich region that offers content for all age groups.

House Stone flower is located in the very center of Kastel Stari,stone section old city core.The immediate vicinity of the sea, beach(100m),restaurante(5m),market provides each quest vacation in every sense of the word.The house connects tradictional Dalmatian style with modern.The ground floor is located living room with kitchen and the dining room and bathroom,on the first floor the are two bedrooms and bathroom. In the attic is one room and toilete. It s all connected internal staircase.

The whole property is situated on the ground floor so it is suitable for people with disabilities and children.

This unique and central apartment is situated in an old family stone house built in the year 1905, completely renovated in 2018. The house is ideally located between the old city center with UNESCO protected Diocletian's palace and the most famous beach in the city - Bačvice beach, so you can reach each of these attractions in 5 minutes by foot. You won't need to use a car while staying with us. Please note there are stairs inside and in front of the apartment.
