A lovely thatched two bedroom cottage in a tranquil one and a half acre garden in Salt Rock. Beautifully furnished with a modern fully equipped kitchen. SMEG oven, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Walk out the sitting room onto a lovely patio which is situated on the steps of a large pool. Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

It is a short walk to Thompson's Bay Beach and Tidal pool which has lifeguards and shark nets. You have your own private balcony. This centrally-located unit is one of 3 on the property in Doonside beach. Close to well known shops Between Toti main and Warner beach each 2km down or up the road. This unit offers sleeping arrangement for 6 in 2 bedrooms. Queensize bed in first room, double with single on top and daybed in 2nd room. Private large patio area with braai, also has a large pool and communal braai with a ocean view from there. The property is in a quite safe area with electric fence and cameras.
