The cottage is a 5 minutes scenic walk to the shore,7 minutes to a cafe and 12 minutes to Rockcliffe beach. The marina village of Kippford with 2 pubs and a cafe is a 1 mile walk. 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom. It is beautifully furnished throughout with colourful artwork,a large kitchen. It has a conservatory with views to the coast, open countryside with amazing sunsets. The cottage has large, colourful secluded garden, a spacious seated outdoor patio with a chimnea, and barbecue.

Secret Trails Holiday Lodge, Kippford, Sleeps 5

Lovely wooden holiday lodge in a beautiful scenic area on the Solway coast. This lodge has 3 bedrooms, open plan kitchen /living area, toilet and shower room, balcony, and parking for two cars. (sorry, no pets allowed) We are 10 mins walk from the tidal estuary, cockle shell beach and woodland walks , & 2min ride from Dalbeattie 7 Stanes Mountain bike trails Sadly The Anchor village pub closed in Dec25, and The Mariner won't open until summer 26. Other pubs/takeaways within 5-10min drive.

Tucked away in the most beautiful corner of Dumfries & Galloway, 2 Ford View is perched on the edge of the water. It benefits from sunset views, waterside location, comfy beds, a large garden with a deck and as of July 2026 a huge new balcony off the main bedroom. It is quite a special spot.
