Our home is close to everything you could desire; coffee shops, eateries, breweries, boutiques and a park with a paved walking trail. Find your getaway in our BRAND NEW guest suite furnished with a king bed, organic cotton sheets, blackout shades, sound machine, kitchenette, oversized bathroom, and complimentary snacks (a must have). Created to be the perfect home base: Unwind from adventure on the quiet, sun-soaked patio, sleep soundly on a luxe memory foam king bed, enjoy a morning coffee in a fully stocked kitchen, step out of a steamy shower to a big fluffy towel, and rest assured that no thoughtful detail's been overlooked. The space: A walk-out basement studio in my home, on a quiet street in a family neighborhood. Keypad entry, separate driveway, private entrance, your own patio. Be downtown (or to UT) in 12 minutes.

Cozy downstairs studio suite roughly 2 miles from downtown and the Tennessee River. Great for solo traveler or families. Private entrance with digital lock. Sleeps up to five guests. Amenities include: TV with Roku, (Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, ESPN+) mobile device charging station, Iron, W&D and free WiFi. Kitchenette has no stove, but does have refrigerator, sink, microwave, Keurig, Electric Kettle and Airfryer. Please, do not bring a griddle or any cooking appliances. it will set off fire alarm.

Your own outdoor patio overlooking the creek with private entry to a charming apartment with ample parking and easy level walk from parking pad to patio. Unique and colorful, this retreat & it's original art has inspired many artists, musicians, authors and nature-lovers who have stayed here. Enjoy the park like setting 12 min from Airport, 15 min from Neyland Stadium, 40 min from Smoky Mountains. This guest suite is lovingly maintained and scrupulously cleaned. I’m not walkable to down town.

Toad Hill: Dog Friendly! Close to Smokies, Airport

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

What began as "hey let's list part of our house on Airbnb", ended up in a full remodel and enlisting the assistance of a professional decorator to create a guest suite in the daylight basement that we now like better than our main house! The suite is spacious, comfortable and very private. From the private pathway to the private patio and the private entrance, and now including the private plunge pool just for your use!
