Villa Poduniz is a new built semi detached villa situated in the town of Punat, island of Krk. It is a small resort just 8km from town of Krk and 65km from Rijeka. Villa is located in a quiet area close to the sea and beaches, but still with a lot of privacy. The house is facing the sea and has a great sea view. On the back of the house there is a barbecue available together with an outdoor dinning area, in the shadow of the olive trees it gives you the perfect Mediterranean outdoor experience!

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.
