Ανακαινισμένο πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σπίτι 72τμ με θέα τη θάλασσα στην περιοχή Κουτσουνάρι 8 χιλιόμετρα απο την πόλη Ιεράπετρα. Αποτελείτε απο 2 υπνοδωμάτια. Το ενα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ένα με δυο μονά κρεβάτια. Επίσης υπάρχει ενα μπάνιο μικρότερο. Μεγάλη κουζίνα και σαλόνι με μεγάλο καναπέ. Επίσης βεράντα και θέση παρκινγκ. Κατάλληλο για οικογένειες με εως τέσσερα παιδιά. Δυνατότητα τοποθέτησης κρεβατιού για μωρό Διασκεδάστε με όλη την οικογένεια σε αυτόν τον κομψό χώρο.

Restaurants, mini market, clinic, pharmacy, bus station, kiosks will be less than 1 minute by foot from your home.

The 100 m2 1st floor is 200 meters from Psaropoula Beach of Koutsounari, the most excellent beach and cleanest sea of the world with blue flag, right next to a 5-star hotel. You can go to the sea with 4 min walking. Near has hotels, bars, super markets, taverns, rent cars. You can walk even at night safely and see other people doing the same. Bus stop near, hourly schedules to go Ierapetra, Agios Nikolaos or Makri Gialos, Sitia, Vai.

We welcome you to Endless Blue, our brand new 100m2 apartment suitable to comfortably accommodate up to five people. It consists of two large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen finished to very high standards, and a spacious living room with an astonishing view to the sea. The Mediterranean Sea can almost be touched from our 80m2 balcony where you can enjoy the Cretan sun on the sunbeds or your meals under the pergola.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
