The rear connects to a new addition with a bathroom, livingroom, and sleeping loft for one adult or two kids. It is on one fenced acre in the hill country and has its own private driveway. The patio has nice cozy chairs and your choice of a propane or charcoal grill. Welcome to our recently built home, tastefully decorated, located just south of Austin with easy access to I-35, only 18 miles from Austin Airport and 17 miles from downtown Austin. Cabelas, Walmart, HEB, Restaurants, many popular food places are within a 2-mile distance. Great for those who plan to visit Austin and major events (Formula 1, ACL & SXSW). We have a special rate for weekly or monthly stay, a great housing option as you work on contract, visit relatives, or wait on housing.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.
