Mon appartement se trouve au pied du tram ligne 2 (arrêt Fabron), à 15 minutes de l’aéroport et 10 minutes du centre (avenue Jean Médecin). Des vélos publics se trouvent juste devant la résidence. Au pied du logement: supermarché, boulangerie, plage à 80 mètres. La cuisine comporte tous les équipements nécessaires. La grande terrasse permet de profiter toute l’année du soleil! Il existe enfin des places de stationnement gratuites à environ 500 mètres de l’appartement. Le chat a déménagé 😁.

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. Magnificent apartment on the Promenade des Anglais. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator and has a superb view of the entire bay of Nice. 8 min from the city center by Tram 2. Direct access from the airport by Tram 2, 15min. PARKING possible with supplement. Arrival time 3pm-6pm (supplement 30€ for late arrivals). Departure time before 11am.
